Door delivery is the closest the truck can get to the point of pick-up or delivery and still be on a legal truck route. This could be to the door or a couple blocks away. It is the responsibility of the buyer/seller to know or find out what the local laws are for truck routes in their area including weight, length and height restrictions.
Central delivery is to a location such as a truck stop, parking lot or wide spot just off the truck's main route of travel.

We will do our very best to get your vehicle(s) to you in a timely manner. We will try to make a door-to-door pick-up and delivery, but please take the size of your delivery location into consideration. We can be flexible with a central location for pick up or delivery if your area is not accessible to a full-size semi.
When you call to have a unit delivered or picked up, we will need a few details. We will need the name, phone numbers, and address of both the pick-up and delivery point and, if possible, directions to each location. We will also need the make, model, year, color, and VIN number of the vehicle(s) so there is no confusion between vehicles at the pick-up location. All this information can be found on our Transportation Authorization Agreement that we will fax or e-mail to you. We appreciate flexibility on pick-up and delivery times and locations. Our drivers work seven days a week and scheduling flexibility including weekends, evenings and mornings makes things go smoother and is always appreciated.
